About us

Unprecedented in the Arab world, the ALECSO Chair for International Commercial Arbitration was established in April 2022 following the accreditation of Professor Najet Brahmi Zouaoui as its Director.

Its notable efforts in advancing international commercial arbitration were highly appreciated. Since its establishment one year ago, ACICA successfully facilated a collaboration agreement among ALECSO, the university of Tunis El Manar (UTM), and the Faculty of law and Political science of Tunis (FDSPT).
